Josh took on our large project to add a screened in porch and deck to the second story of our house. Josh and Anthony showed up every single day for 6 weeks with positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. It was really a joy to have them at our house and a bittersweet day when they finished and we didn’t have them here daily. But went above and beyond and filled my requests to put new siding on deck area and also on our front porch. Electrical and gutters taken care of. Did everything for us and more. He was kind, informative, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to stop 2 leaky windows on opposite sides of our home. As well as, a toilet that appeared to have a leak around the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When the day came for Josh to do the job he was on time and very professional!!! He went above and beyond on the 3 jobs for us. He did them with the integrity that\u2019s in his company name!! He made sure everything was done right the first time. A few days later we awoke to rain and Josh was the 1st text of the morning checking to see if we had any leaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have more jobs we would like to do, and you better believe when we\u2019re ready we\u2019ll be contacting Josh with Integrity Building & Renovations again!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Josh built our dream deck in the middle of a global pandemic despite dealing with material shortages and what I’m sure was an overwhelming number of other jobs. He communicated well, accommodated last minute size and material changes we made to the original plan, and built a beautiful, sturdy deck that we will enjoy for many years to come. He didn’t take any shortcuts and he and Anthony were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have at our home.
